Information to Include

For questions before purchasing, please include:

  • The product name or product page link;
  • Your question about customization, sizing, production or delivery.

For assistance with an existing order, please include:

  • Your name;
  • The email address used at checkout;
  • Your order number beginning with “#”;
  • A clear description of your question or issue;
  • Relevant photographs or videos, if the product arrived defective, damaged or incorrectly produced.

A telephone number is optional and should only be included if you would like our support team to contact you by phone.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided by email after your order has been produced and shipped. The tracking number is not normally available immediately after payment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to appear in the carrier’s system.

If your tracking information has not updated, or your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery time stated in our Shipping Policy, please contact us at support@famsoul.com. Our support team will review the shipment information and assist with the carrier investigation.

You may also contact the local shipping carrier directly for the most recent delivery update.
